Terms & Conditions

Soft Play & Bouncy Castle Terms & Conditions:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all of the below terms are adhered to, to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. The inflatable must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- No shoes, Face Paint, Glitter, Arts and Crafts, Confetti Balloons/Canisters or food is allowed on the castle - We will be unable to set up in the attendance of any of the above
- If food or any damage is left on the castle, your booking deposit will be non-refundable
- If damage is caused to our items, this may incur extra charges
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure our items fit in your premises
- It is the customers responsibility to check the size of the venue/ condition of the venue is appropriate for our hire. Should we arrive and the venue is not suitable, the full balance will be due for the hire.
- Our Castles & Soft Play are suitable for Child use ONLY.
- Ensure the inflatable or soft play is not overcrowded.
- All balls are to be returned to the ball pond ready for collection.

Children's Tables & Chairs and Party Extra's Terms & Conditions:

- If damage is made to any of the items, the holding deposit will no longer be refundable

Booking agreements:

- When booing your item in with, we require a £50 deposit per item on the day of drop. This deposit is a refundable deposit covers damage or loss. Your deposit will be refunded once we collect the hire item and all terms and conditions have been adhered to.
